Senior Risk Control Representative – Des Moines, IA

This position provides a full range of risk control services for Westfield insured's, underwriting and agents. Duties include organizing, scheduling, and providing risk evaluation and consultative service for all lines of coverage and classes of business underwritten by the Commercial Division. The Representative conducts extensive research, while handling data collection/evaluation and analysis in order to make recommendations to control the customer's key source of risk. You will design, analyze and direct service to support account improvement. In addition, you will collaborate with underwriting to support and deliver sound business decisions. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with coursework in Mathematics, Engineering or safety related field, plus a minimum of 3 years' of field experience, demonstrative application of skill competency. A valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR is needed. Computer literacy and ability to adapt to various department software programs is required.
